Rider Seniors Take Next Step.....

A handful of Thesa Riders are continuing their baseball careers in the college ranks this season.  From the 2007 squad, Abe Williams completed two years at Paris College and has now moved on to play at Abilene Christian University.   Another 2007 graduate, outfielder Herschel Hepler, will be returning for his third season at Southern Nazarene University in Oklahoma City where he will again play for Coach Elliot Johnson. 

From the 2008 team, three West Regional Homeschool All-Star selections will be playing college ball this season.  Pitcher/3B David Dickens will be attending Colorado Christian University in Lakewood, Colorado.  Infielder Brent Harris will be heading to Ouachita Baptist located in Arkadephia, AR, and outfielder Eric Liggett will return to North Lake College in Irving. 

From the 2009 team, two players have moved on to the college ranks.  Caleb Durant a SS/P with Thesa will also be attending North Lake College.  And, 4-year letterman Matt Dulcie has earned one of the catching spots on the roster at Baylor University.

Hepler is will be a junior at the NAIA program.
